Pictures, Photo's and Images
Ideally, all images should be in .gif or .jpg format and you must own the copyright or have permission for use. Nowadays we should also be sensitive to peoples feelings and the protection of minors, to that end, please ensure you have permission to post the pictures on the web from all those featured (or their parents / guardians) in any images you send.

Text and Written Material
Ideally, in clear text (Notepad) or Microsoft Word. PDF files are nice but very difficult to edit for the web and in them selves are often large downloads which take time over a dial up connection.
